Discover Portugal Travel was founded in 2006 by Gregory, a longtime American resident in Portugal, whose own experiences in traveling throughout his adopted country lead to the development of offering an alternative to large and impersonal tourism businesses through personal travel consulting for visitors to Portugal who desire unique and custom tour planning designed to suit each of his guests unique interests.

Each guest is given one-on-one attention in planning their visit and always extended the highest level of personal attention once they arrive in Portugal. Previous guests will attest to the unique experiences that they themselves have enjoyed during their stay and will share their own thoughts with you upon request.

In orchestrating all of the details of your visit to Portugal we give you the opportunity to explore this magical country at your own pace and without the stress of traveling in a large group, including offering suggestions on your accommodations, restaurants and events happening during your visit.
