Should you choose our Portugal travel itinerary service, our team is available to assist you via email to you during the entire travel planning process.

Routes and Transportation: Assist in planning the best routes using both public and private transportation, i.e. rental car, private drivers with luxury vehicles, train and air. 

Accommodations: Finding the perfect place to stay, from Boutique Hotels, Luxury Resorts and Private Apartments that are near the places you will spend the nights during your vacation.

Guides: Scheduling Private Guides whenever you wish in whichever location you are visiting.

How our Portugal travel itinerary services work

Step 1: We get to know one another over a Zoom call lasting between 30 minutes to one hour. You choose the time  that works for you and pay a (non-refundable) deposit.  Once you have filled out the questionnaire on our contact page, we’ll direct you to the payment platform using either Venmo, Dollar App or Wise Money Transfers. We also accept prepayments via wire transfers ( you cover all costs including transfer charges and credit card fees of 2.5%) 

Step 2: Once payment has been received we’ll meet over Zoom at the time chosen.  That call is when we will start laying the groundwork for your unique Portugal travel itinerary, personalized just for you.

Step 3: Within about two weeks from the call, you will receive a proposal. It will include information about some of the specifics we discussed on the call and what the fee would be to write this for you.  Please note that our Portugal travel itinerary service generally does not include us making the bookings on your behalf.   From time to time, based on our availability, we can also sometimes offer an upgrade for us to arrange everything for you. We can discuss this option on the call if you would like, but please note that the full booking service is not often available.

Step 4: Once you agree to the proposal, we will get to work outlining the perfect Portugal travel itinerary just for you.  Along the way, we will send you emails with components we recommend you book before the itinerary is delivered such as hotels and popular monuments, tours, and attractions that can sell out.

Step 5: We deliver you a personalized Portugal travel itinerary via PDF.  The itinerary will include all the information and links you need to make your own reservations including links.

Costs Involved: A non-refundable $350 USD deposit.  Since no two itineraries are alike, this is a proposal-based service.  Our fees for this Portugal travel planning service range from $125-150+ per day of the itinerary based on the complexity of the trip (i.e. $875-$1050+ for a week-long trip/$1750-$2100+ for a two-week trip).  More complex itineraries and longer trips will cost more.  If your trip is shorter than a week, it will still cost a minimum of $800 for the itinerary service.

The listed price for the non-refundable deposit for all of our itinerary services.  After the call, we will send you a proposal of our fees to write the Portugal travel itinerary outline for you. 

We recommend you start this process at least four months in advance of travel.  For more complex itineraries, the turnaround time can vary.  If you do not have that lead time please contact us before setting up your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your timeframe. (Please note that we can sometimes work with last-minute clients for an additional rush fee based on our availability).
